Orchestral Management Services UK was founded in 1995 by musician/producer Toby Cruse. In its embryonic stages, OMS was called upon to supply and manage musicians for regional theatrical productions and concerts and the occasional session in London. Twelve years on, and through his own activity as a respected West End and session musician, Toby has built OMS into a much larger enterprise which is now responsible for fixing musicians for shows and sessions throughout the UK and abroad. Toby's experience as a working musician and artist manager puts him in a prime position as a fixer. He has extensive connections with the finest musicians in the UK and is always careful to pick exactly the right musician for the job.
